"Botanic Garden"

Hi Guys:

How have you been? I hope your week has been good, because as regard me, my week was a little terrible. Well guys I tell them that this photography the take my boyfriend the last year in November, that was the first that time I went to this place. The name of the place is “Botanic Garden”, is a forest reserve and is inside of Viña del Mar, in the Valparaíso Region. I love this place because is a place very quiet, where can be go to meditate, to share with family a weekend. This is a delightful place and very big, whereby is almost impossible cross it all in one day. I went mainly because I was sick to stomach, and because the next day I turn back to Santiago, whereby my boyfriend thought it was a place where I could calm me.

This photography I like because seemed that was taken of to fantasy film. It reflects all the wonder of the nature; trees, bushes, these hills behind and the rays of the sun illuminating every corner, giving the impression that had was made to hand.

The place is as or more beautifully as is show in the picture and I could tell that is one of my places favourite for visit, relaxing and meet.

Well, I hope that you liked this place and if some ever visit Viña, don’t let of go this place, really is wonderful.

The Technology is easy

The technology in this last  years us has facilitate at many people the life, in the sense of that  some us things turns more easy of  to make, is for this reason that I have several technological  apparatus that I like. These are the cell phone, notebook and internet.

I like the cell phone because is a portable object and because comply many functions. These functions are:  I facilitate the communication with my family and friends from anywhere   at any distance, too because I can photograph places, moments and people, however the application that more I like of this device is that me to allow listen to music on all sides to where I go.

The notebook together with internet too are objects technologic of my liking, because in the daily life and in the university used everyday, so thing become indispensable. This device I allow me to connect with the outside world the 24 hours a day, I have access to information and amusement. Help me to carry out individual work and group work a long distance.

The cell phone, notebook and internet are more of the half of my life, I use them everydays and without them it is the life more complex.

A Beautiful Place

Hi everybody!
I visited the Santa Lucía’s Hill on Saturday April 14th with my boyfriend, who came from Valparaiso to visit me. We visited this place because it was recommended also that the view from there on up, we can see the Santiago City at all angles.

From start we went up the hill without stopping until the tower that  is at the top of the hill, we saw the view of buildings both colonial and modern buildings, from there we saw the cuts on the rocks on the hill and we were aware the details of construction such as brick, stairs, handrails and also of nature. I noticed in particular a plaque near the tower where Charles Darwin expressed the pleasure of climbing the hill.

Then we went down and we saw the chapel of Benjamin Vicuña Mackenna, and we noticed the words with which it was written, typical of old spanish language also we saw a statue of Pedro de Valdivia, being honoured and perpetuated by the Spanish Crown. And we continue down the Terrace of Caupolican, where in its entrance is an arch and its design was a shield with lions. Finally, we arrived at the Neptune Pool, we sat down, drank some water, and we went home.

I really liked this place because it was special day during my stay here in Santiago, was a pleasure to visit a historic place with a beautiful nature.

PRESENTATION OF WILDFLOWERS

Hi:

My name is Gabriela Valentina Pérez Santelices, I have 19 years old. I study archeology at the Universidad de Chile, in the Faculty of Social Sciences and I’m in third year. I’m from Valparaíso but live here in Santiago.

I don’t like sports. My hobby is watching movies, and what I love most in life apart from my career are animals, however I also like nature, which is why I published some poems that I look very cute and cuddly and I think to some extent represents me.

Nature's Way for Nancy Campbell

Upon a nice mid-spring day,
Let's take a look at Nature's way,
Breathe the scent of nice fresh air,
Feel the breeze within your hair.
The grass will poke between your toes,
Smell the flowers with your nose,
Clouds form shapes within the skies,
And light will glisten from your eyes.
Hear the buzzing of the bees,
Climb the tallest willow trees,
Look across the meadow way,
And you shall see a young deer play.
Pick the daisies as they grow,
Watch a gentle cold stream flow,
Know the sounds of water splash,
Catch its glimmer in a flash.
When altogether all seems sound,
Lay yourself upon the ground,
Take a moment to inhale,
And listen to Nature tell her tale...

Poem of Cats

And God asked the feline spirit
Are you ready to come home?
Oh, yes, quite so, replied the precious soul
And, as a cat, you know I am most able
To decide anything for myself.

Are you coming then? asked God.
Soon, replied the whiskered angel
But I must come slowly
For my human friends are troubled
For you see, they need me, quite certainly.

But don't they understand? asked God
That you'll never leave them?
That your souls are intertwined. For all eternity?
That nothing is created or destroyed?
It just is....forever and ever and ever.

Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them
I just am....forever and ever and ever.
